Job Position: CNC Lathe Operator/Programmer

Location: Machesney Pk, IL 61115

Pay Rate: $18.00+ BOE

Shift: First-630am-5pm, M-F 6am-11am Some Saturdays

Description:

CNC Lathe Operator/Programmer Duties and Responsibilities

• Setup and Operate multiple CNC Mazak Lathes (Models such as QT15, Nexus 200, Nexus 250, and QT18N)

• Inspection of parts for finish and is within tolerances.

• Recognizing defects and making adjustments to machines or notifying supervisor.

CNC Lathe Operator/Programmer Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to setup and operate CNC Lathes is required.

• Programming on Mazatrol is necessary (EIA/ISO G-code)

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.

• Ability to read precision measuring tools. (Micrometers, gauges calipers and indicators, ETC).

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
