Location: Hebron, IL 60034

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Shift: 3rd shift, Mon-Fri, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

The Machine Operator is responsible for supporting production operations by operating machinery, following work instructions, maintaining a steady workflow, and helping ensure products are completed safely and accurately.

Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities
Operate assigned machines and production equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow written and verbal work instructions.
Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper performance.
Inspect parts or products for quality and accuracy.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
Report machine issues, defects, or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
Meet production expectations while maintaining quality standards.
Follow all company safety procedures and workplace policies.
Work as part of a team to support daily production goals.
Machine Operator Qualifications and Requirements
Machine operation or production experience preferred, but requirements may vary by assignment.
Ability to follow directions and work instructions.
Must be dependable and punctual.
