Job Position: Welder

Location: Darien, WI 53114

Pay Rate: $18.25/hr

Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Thur, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Description:

We’re hiring Welders who take pride in their craft. In this role, you’ll perform MIG/TIG welding, prepare materials, inspect quality, and support production in a safe, team-focused environment. Great hours, optional overtime, and room to grow into a long-term career.

Welder Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations on materials—including steel and various metals—using MIG, TIG, and other welding techniques in multiple positions.

• Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, cleaning, and fitting components; assemble parts using hand tools, clamps, and fasteners prior to welding.

• Set up, operate, and maintain welding machines, torches, power supplies, and other specialized tools and equipment.

• Inspect completed welds to verify accuracy, quality, and structural integrity, ensuring all work meets specifications and safety standards.

Welder Qualifications and Requirements

• Have at least 1 year welding experience

• Ability to work Monday–Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

• Willingness to work optional overtime when required.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent attention to detail.
